However, hiring a full-time designer is expensive and time-consuming. Also, what do they work on once the initial set of materials is completed? Our service provides access to senior-level design talent instantly, with zero long-term commitment. This is highly valuable for founders who want to offload design and focus on the million other things they need to do.

1 – 3 days on average. However, more complex requests can take longer or be divided into smaller chunks. We’ll be fully transparent when we need to do this.

Not at all. It’s completely up to you. You can add as many design requests as you’d like. However, requests are handled one at a time. If you need us to work on multiple requests at once you can increase your plan accordingly.

This can be used between requests when you need to take a moment and organize. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 20 days. Then before you start your next request, you decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime you decide to start back up.

Yup. If priorities change, just let us know. We will immediately start working on the new request and deliver it in 1-3 days.

Not a problem! We are happy to revise any design forever until you’re 100% satisfied. We practice a zero-ego policy. But if you ask us our opinion, we’ll be happy to explain our thoughts.
